inspired by: I am forever a student, and looking for ways to expand my perspective, at the moment i’m loving on Light Watkins and his teachings & approach. I also have a soft spot for Dumbledore.
favourite practise: that’s like picking a favourite child, although my meditation is well baked into my daily routine, I think of it as my minds morning shower!

inspired by: I feel so fortunate to have so many people who inspire me everyday, family who inspire me to pursue my dreams, friends and boyfriend who inspire me to live life more lightly. My mentors, fellow researchers and teachers, who put their soul into their work to make the world a better place.
favourite practise: a compassionate body scan always makes me feel completely relaxed and thankful

fave quote: "You're never fully dressed without a smile" It has been my favourite quote since I was young and now it's taken on a new meaning. It reminds me to follow my bliss, that happiness is the most important thing and reminds me of the physical power of a smile. Go on turn up the corners of your mouth and notice the instant shift in how you feel, it's magical!
inspired by: I'm most inspired by my partner Josh, he's not spiritual at all and wouldn't read a self-development book if you paid him but he's my greatest teacher.
favourite practise: Walks in nature, there's nothing a long walk in nature can't fix.

inspired by: my nana & grandma were incredible women. Their spirits are very much alive in me and inspire me to be brave, to dream and to embrace all of life.
